ABOUT DAVEDave is a professional construction cost estimator, real estate investor, rehabber & 'Do-It-Yourselfer' with experience estimating and managing residential & commercial construction projects from as small as $10,000, to as large as $80mm. Through his experiences working in both the commercial and residential construction fields, he found there was a real need for an easy to use, basic, & cheap estimating tool for residential remodelers and contractors. From this need, the Remodel Estimator was born and now we have hundreds of remodeling and construction professionals using our spreadsheets to create estimates & professional proposals for their clients. |
