Our brand new Remodel Estimator 4 is here and it's packed with new functionality to help you estimate costs and create professional proposals for your clients. Learn more about the new Remodel Estimator  One of the new features coming out with our brand new Remodel Estimator 4 is an Alternates Manager Tool. If you are Bidding on a Project that has Alternate pricing for project Additions or Deductions, our new Alternates Manager Tool will help you calculate and manage your Alternate pricing, and create a professional Alternates Reports for your Owners. In our Example below, a Client asked to price two 'Add Alternates' for a new 20x10 Deck and 15 x 30ft pool. We used the Alternates Manager to quickly build out the costs for each Alternate which can be presented on our Alternates Proposal report as additional costs to the Base Bid.
